The month of November has men growing out the hair on their upper lips to promote preventive men’s health, and on Friday, the cause gets a special boost from well-endowed porn legend Ron Jeremy — what, he’s endowed with a nice 'stache, is he not? — who will host the annual Mustache Party at Jackson’s Bistro in Harbour Island this Friday.
Free mustaches will be given away to the first 1,000 through the door, and the best mustache and largest moustached group will win a free party by Pied Piper Productions, which is presenting the event. 10 p.m.-3 a.m. Nov. 22. 601 S. Harbour Island Blvd., Tampa. whatshappeningtampa.com.
Celebrate more mustache mayhem aboard the Brew Bus on Sat., Nov. 23, from 2 to 6 p.m., which will take craft beer lovers on the coyly named Mustache Ride tour of Cigar City Brewing, Rapp Brewing, and Brewers’ Tasting Room. Mustaches are required but fake ones are okay too.
