The 600 Block has had some cruddy luck lately. First that mural vandal, then the random water main break/partial building collapse and now, this.
Employees at Star Booty Salon say the giant red, white and blue star typically on display outside their storefront has been stolen after someone left it out last night by accident.
The salon/boutique is a few storefronts down from the State Theater, a place with a shit-ton of rock 'n' roll memorabilia lining the walls, a place where stylists much prefer to chat about zombies and Roxy Music than celebrities and other vapid gossip that fuels banter at typical salons.
If saw someone you know carrying a giant star last night, probably while hammered, they're asking that you kindly help get the star back to its home.
And let's hope bad luck really does come in threes for the 600 Block.
