The heartbreaking end of an engaging TV series doesn't necessarily have to mean the end of an era, and such is the case of the ever-popular AMC drama Breaking Bad.

While we are still coming to terms with the end of a much beloved show, having said our goodbyes to Walter White, Jesse, and our other favorite characters, one comedy live theatrical comedy show can help ease the pain.

In September, Tampa's Straz Center will present actor Miles Allen in his acclaimed comedy show One Man Breaking Bad — The Unauthorized Parody — a show that has over 1 million YouTube views and is sold-out on tour internationally.

Allen wrote the show as a tribute to the fans of the show. He says, “This show is a love letter for all the fans who lived through the blood, meth and tears of the greatest television show ever made.”

The performance  also showcases Allen’s talented impersonations of Breaking Bad’s star characters and shines a parodic light them for a performance that has hilarity guaranteed. The fast-paced show funnels all five seasons of the Emmy-winning AMC series into a single night of satirical high jinks.

The show runs Sept. 17-19 at 7:30 p.m. in the Jaeb Theatre at the Straz. Tickets are on sale to the public online starting Fri., May 29, at 10 a.m., and by phone and in person at noon; $39; strazcenter.org.
