The dirt on the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival (with pics)

There is little that compares to the feeling of finding money you hid from yourself and forgot you even had. It happens when you discover a neatly folded $20 bill in the back pocket of a crumpled pair of jeans you wore out two Fridays ago. Or, as so many waiters and waitresses know, discovering weeks-old tip money stashed behind new menu promo info in your server book-turned-wallet. Just a few weeks ago, I found $50 in a card I forgot I had from Christmas.

Yup, hard to beat the feeling of coming across some straight-up dinero, but if you have a youthful love for all things Disney, like I do, then finding three WDW tickets from 1994, each with four days, which transfer over to park hopper passes, will greatly outshine the small change magically found in the laundry hamper. Even after sunshine state resident discounts, this is like stumbling upon a treasure of almost $600.

So, last week the BF and I decided to cash in on the vintage tickets and took a day trip to the land of everything Mickey. We drove the I-4 stretch, straight to the big golf ball in the sky, to check out the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.
