Bayboro Brewing officially has a new tasting room.
The St. Petersburg brewery opened its doors on May 8, according to a Facebook post that read, “Your eyes do not deceive you!"
The former pop-up brewery's new 2,500-square-foot space hosts 20 taps with various bottled brews.
Bayboro’s beer selection is not constrained by limitations like geographic borders. Available beers range from Belgiums to IPAs, ciders and mead. Specific blends include the still unreleased Kuko, and American wheat with passion fruit; Wicked G’Day, a New England IPA; Bomb A Deer, a strawberry blonde ale; Teufel Hunden, a peanut butter chocolate stout; Prestonweizen, a German Hefeweizen and more.
Bayboro also recently announced its small-batch program, where are beers brewed in limited quantities and available in 22oz bottles only. In addition to its traditional beer, variations are available like Sumatra coffee and almond.
The brewery, located at 2390 5th Ave., will also feature local food trucks on the weekends. This coming weekend will feature staples like Taco Bus on Thursday, Vegarosa on Friday and Floribbean Fusion on Saturday.
The brewery had an initial opening date of March 7, but due to COVID-19, the brewery was unable to open its tasting room and settled for to-go orders.
