Clearwater’s new Karol Hotel will open its new restaurant and bar K Club Bar & Bistro and Vantage Rooftop Bar next month. Vantage joins a handful of other rooftop bars in Tampa Bay like Rox, Bulla Gastrobar, M. Bird, The Fenway's Hi-Fi and Mole Y Abuela.
The K Club Bar & Bistro will provide chic poolside views while dishing out New American cuisine, with flavors inspired by Florida’s coast. It will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner every day.
This bistro will also have a full liquor bar open daily, but if you prefer a view with your cocktails, then you’ll want to head upstairs to the Karol Hotel’s Vantage Rooftop Bar. A variety of wines, locally-brewed craft beers, and artisan cocktails will be up for sips complete with a 12-story-high view of the Tampa skyline. The rooftop bar will also be cooking up small plate offerings, provided by the Karol Hotel executive chef Jon Atanacio who leads the culinary operations for both the K Club and Vantage.
The K Club Bar & Bistro will be open from 7a.m. to 11 p.m daily and the Vantage Rooftop Bar will be operating from 4 p.m.- 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, and 4 p.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday.
Karol Hotel is located at 2675 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater.
