More than 60 food trucks set for Ybor Food Fest

Chow on everything from build-your-own crepes to spiced mango-glazed ribs in Ybor Saturday.

Another curated assortment of mobile kitchens will hit Ybor City this weekend when Generation Food Truck's Ybor Food Fest comes to town.

Between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, Centro Asturiano de Tampa will host more than 60 Central Florida food trucks and vendors with a range of cuisines, everything from spiced mango-glazed ribs to Krispy Kreme grilled cheese to build-your-own crepes.

Burger Culture, Flip'n Tasty, Melissa's Chicken and Waffles, Maine Thang, The Crepe Company, Jolly Porker, Planet Grilled Cheese, Lemon Bar, Kona Ice, and Engine 53 Pizza are among the participants, while non-food purveyors include Latin American Boutique, Scentsy and Origami Owl.

Tampa's Sunset Music Festival will supply the live tunes, and the free event will have indoor, air-conditioned seating available.
