St. Pete’s newest one-stop restaurant for sushi and grill-your-own Korean-style dinner, Jinju Korean Grill & Sushi, is now open at 2700 34th St. N.

Jinju Korean Grill & Sushi, which shares a plaza with just a nail salon, celebrated its soft opening on Jan. 31. Now fully open everyday from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m., and 5 p.m.- 10 p.m., Jinju is impressing St. Pete foodies with its stacked menu of both Japanese and Korean favorites.

Various stone pot dishes, including Bibimbap, are featured on its menu alongside seafood and Kimchi pancakes and appetizers like miso soup, edamame, pork Kimchi dumplings and krab rangoon. And if you like to be more hands on with your dinner, you can opt for the Korean grill option, where you can cook fresh meats like marinated pork belly, short ribs, shrimp and calamari right at your table.

Head to Jinju Korean Grill & Sushi for Valentine’s Day this weekend for half off all of its regular Makimono Rolls—which includes popular rolls like chicken tempura, Japanese bagel, spicy tuna and California roll. Although its stuffed speciality roles aren’t included in this holiday promo, they’re tempting enough to order anyways.
