The Raven opened its doors last month. But next week, owners Allan and Ashley Fernandez (Out of the Pot) and Jay and Colleen Dingman (Barley Mow Brewing Company) plan to observe the grand opening of their gastropub-brewery fusion at 2535 E. Bay Drive over four days.

An official ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce and City of Largo will kick off the celebratory festivities at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 8, followed by wine and spirit tastings, local art, live acoustic music, specials and raffle prizes through Feb. 9, 10 and 11.

The chef-inspired Raven serves everything from specialty cocktails and one-off craft beers to fried olives and stout-braised short ribs.
