Sure, the “breastaurant” concept may have been born in Tampa Bay, but a Texas-based sports bar chain wants to challenge everything we know about eating wings surrounded by TVs and women in tiny outfits.

“Sports lodge” chain Twin Peaks officially opened its doors in Brandon on Feb. 17 at 136 Brandon Town Center Dr.

Known for its “Twin Peak Girls,” who wear revealing, red plaid midriffs, the chain will celebrate an official grand opening of the local outpost on Monday, Feb. 24, at 10:30 a.m. “with local officials, community leaders, and members of the chamber of commerce in attendance,” says a press release.

“Twin Peaks continues to grow in key markets, and Brandon is a perfect fit for our sports lodge experience,” said Joe Hummel, CEO of Twin Hospitality Group in a statement. “With our scratch-made menu, extensive beer selection, and wall-to-wall TVs, we’re giving fans the perfect place to catch the game and enjoy great food and drinks. We’re excited to welcome the Brandon community to their new go-to game-day destination.”

Twin Peaks, which is not affiliated with the popular ’80s television show of the same name, features a mountain motif and a “scratch menu,” and serves up familiar bar fare like wings, pizzas, and draft beers served at 29-degrees. This particular location also sports 70 TVs and an outdoor patio.

Back in 2020, the company was acquired by Fat Brands (which owns Fat Burger and Johnny Rockets) for $300 million.

With the Brandon addition, Twin Peaks will have over a dozen locations in Florida. The first to open in Tampa Bay is located in Sarasota, at 3060 Fruitville Commons Blvd.
