CL's sixth annual online Holiday Auction kicked off last week. If you've managed to go without bidding on one of our ultra-cool, and highly coveted, items, now's the time act — our first lineup of goods disappears 9 a.m. Sunday.
Waiting too long could cost you two ultimates: A hefty (and tasty) package of confections and assorted cocoas, and a Dunedin-centric food-meets-arts bundle.
The first item's chocolatey treats come from Ashworth Artisan Chocolate in Hyde Park, while downtown St. Pete's Savory Spice Shop supplies the cocoas, which boast a spicy Mayan blend and a smooth 'n' sweet Mexican flavor.
And the other offer contains $25 gift cards to eight beloved Dunedin eateries — including Dunedin Smokehouse, Casa Tina, Olde Bay Cafe and Kelly's — alongside a family membership to the Dunedin Fine Art Center. The package also comes with four admissions to the art center's funky Trashy Treasures and Contain It! exhibitions.
