As early as 8 a.m. Saturday, Sunscreen Film Festival and St. Petersburg's Black Crow Coffee Co. want you to rock your jammies in public.
Why? The duo's throwing a pajama party at Black Crow in honor of the cartoons that made waking up early on a Saturday morning totally worth it as a kid. Free coffee and doughnuts should sweeten the deal for those apprehensive about donning their sleep gear, or waking up before noon on a weekend (but all you residents of the neighboring Historic Old Northeast really have no excuse).
And don't forget to weigh in on which throwback ’toons should air via the Facebook event page. Seriously. There's everything from Scooby Doo and Animaniacs to choose from.
