Here’s a chance to dine your way across Ybor City in the ultimate progressive dinner. The upcoming Tapas Trail will include an array of restaurants — from classics like Bernini, the Columbia, and Carmine’s to Ybor newbies such as The Bricks of Ybor, Stone Soup Co., Hamburger Mary’s, and Beaune’s.

On April 9-10, Ybor Aficionado Days will mark the 125th anniversary of Tampa’s first rolled stogie. On the 9th, the Tapas Trail will kick off the event from 4 until 7 p.m., with nibbles from all seventeen venues and a fleet of chauffeured cars to shuttle guests down the circuit. Take notes, because at the After Party/Smoker in the Italian Club (6:30-10 p.m.), guests choose the best dish of the evening and enjoy door prizes, complimentary café con leche, desserts by La Segunda Central Bakery, and samples of rum, wine, and beer. There will also be complimentary cigars by Tampa Sweethearts and a cash bar.
