After a few days of well-placed teases across the country, legendary rock band Aerosmith confirmed that it is in fact bringing its latest and last tour to Tampa this fall.

This morning,  the Grammy-winning dad-rock outfit announced the dates for its farewell tour called โ€œPeace Out,โ€ which is billed as the band’s final go-around.

“It’s not goodbye it’s PEACE OUT! Get ready and walk this way, you’re going to get the best show of our lives,” said the band in a statement.

The band will stop at Tampa’s Amalie Arena on October 11, at 7 p.m. General tickets go on sale May 5 at 10 a.m.

It’s been a full 11 years since Aerosmith landed in Tampa, but this time around it will bring The Black Crowes along for the show, as well as  a “THX Certified Live! high-fidelity experience,” says a press release.

Notably, drummer Joey Kramerโ€”who lost his wife last summerโ€”will not return to the kit for this run of shows. “While Joey Kramer remains a beloved founding member of Aerosmith, he has regrettably made the decision to sit out the currently scheduled touring dates to focus his full attention on his family and health. Joey’s unmistakable and legendary presence behind the drum kit will be sorely missed.”
