UPDATED 1:20 p.m. 12/10

It's been at least three years since CL has seen Hozier on a local stage, but the Irish songwriter is finally headed back to the Bay area.

Today, the 28-year-old "Take Me To Church" crooner — who was a big part of Live Nation's Big Guava festival in 2015 — announced a March 20 date at Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg.

The news comes on the heels of Hozier's Nina Cried Power EP and ahead of the release of a Wasteland, Baby!, a full-length follow-up to Hozier's self-titled debut, which is due next year (hopefully before the St. Petersburg date). Jade Bird — a 21-year-old, rising songwriter from England — will open the show.

Other Florida dates include March 19 in Miami Beach (Jackie Gleason Theatre) and March 21 in Orlando (Walt Disney Theatre).

Tickets to the concert go on sale Friday, December 14 at 10 a.m. and will cost fans $39.50-$59.50.
