Friends of Stray’s Taylor, naturally, is an adoptable cat, and her backstory is proof that she belongs with you.
“About six weeks ago a litter of five kittens (1 girl and 5 boys) arrived at the shelter. Our staff were brainstorming names for the littermates and since there was only one girl in the litter, they decided to name her Taylor Swift,” Dara Eckart, Executive Director at Friends of Strays wrote to CL.
Staff named the rest of the boys after the human Taylor Swift’s past boyfriends — John Mayer, Harry Styles, Taylor Lautner and Calvin Harris.
“All but two of the kittens have been adopted,” Eckard added. “Taylor Swift and John Mayer.”
The two are three-and-a-half months old now and are still looking for their forever homes. Have a look at some photos below, and contact Friends of Strays here. Get more information on the Taylor Swift concert here.
