Is Tampa Bay officially the Windy City 2.0 when it comes to house music? Maybe, and another producer who cut his teeth in Chicago’s house music scene is on his way to the Bay area. This time it’s Mystic Bill, who arrives a couple weeks after Derrick Carter and armed with a catalog that’ll have DIY St. Petersburg venue Paper Crane going all night long.
