✔️ Machine Head A Northern California titan of heavy metal is saying goodbye to fans on a fall farewell tour that is the last chance to see a lineup that includes guitarist Phil Demmel and drummer Dave McClain, who will depart from Machine Head, leaving vocalist Robb Flynn and bassist Jared MacEachern behind to figure out what happens next. Reports say that some of the epic goodbye setlists have been comprised of 22 songs, a McClain drum solo plus a nod to “N.I.B.” by Black Sabbath, and we’re willing to bet that this is one of the few farewell tours that really means it. Jess Margera — brother of skateboarder and filmmaker Bam Margera of Jackass fame — has been keeping time for CKY since the West Chester, Pennsylvania stoner-metal outfit’s inception two decades ago, and on Wednesday he arrives to play songs from the group’s 2017 album, The Phoenix, which is its first full-length since 2009.
