Tampa Bay’s live music weekend has arrived, and it has no words. Well, the Soft Cuff album release doesn’t at least. The gig featuring one of the Bay area’s best instrumental bands is part of this lineup of the best concerts coming to Tampa Bay Aug. 15-22.
