Last month, Ybor City-based collective FWD Thinkers and DJ Casper (pictured above playing Ol' Dirty Sundays at Crowbar) teamed up to bring Motown on Mondays—a global party that works with more than 100 DJs, musicians and producers—to Tampa, making the Bay area one of 33 cities across the globe to host the shindig (Miami is the only other Florida host). COVID-19 precautions are in place, and a press release says a portion of the proceeds and bar sales every week go to the Sulphur Springs Museum and Heritage Center. Admission is free; the party goes from 7 p.m.-11 p.m.
