Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West and a guy who identified as a Nazi until a few months ago, announced a new show coming to Raymond James Stadium this summer.
Not a lot of details were announced Friday evening, but according to the venue’s website the “Heil Hitler” rapper will perform June 26 at 8 p.m. Presale tickets will be available through Tickmaster on Tuesday, May 26 at 10 a.m. and general tickets will go on sale Thursday, May 28.
Fans interested in this sort of stuff may be able to score free tickets if they sign up for his mailing list. “A few lucky pre-registrants will be selected to receive free tickets,” says the website.
After losing millions in major contracts with companies like Adidas and Gap, the artist who once posted “IM NEVER APOLOGIZING FOR MY JEWISH COMMENTS,” posted a lengthy apology in the Wall Street Journal last January, just months before the release of his new album “Bully,” which has been met with mixed reviews.
Despite the lukewarm reception of “Bully,” Ye is making up for it by touring with a big ass globe, which he stands on while fans take selfies in front of it.
