Irma-gosh: Here's the Hurricane status of upcoming Tampa Bay area concerts
"At this time we cannot guarantee a venue that will be ready and adequately staffed for a safe and successful show," the band wrote on Facebook, "so we have no choice but to cancel."
The cancellation caps off a busy week of postponements and cancellations related to hurricane Irma.
Refunds are available at point of purchase. Depeche Mode's opener, Warpaint, was set to DJ an Ybor City afterparty at The Attic at Rock Brothers Brewing, and CL is awaiting word from the venue regarding that show.
UPDATE: Warpaint has cancelled the DJ gig (per Tampa Bay Times), and we're still waiting to see if the rest of the bill — SWIMM, Someday River and DJ Boomerang — will still play. Float your ass around the Facebook event page to stay up to date.
