It's a benefit for Feeding Tampa Bay.

BOTB-winning cover band Same Day Delivery Orchestra is performing a Billy Joel tribute, with a post-show 80s sing-along at Tampa’s New World Brewery Music Hall on Friday, Oct. 8.

What’s more is that Heather Kruger, a veteran of Tampa Bay theater, will sing on “Pressure.”

Tickets to see the Same Day Delivery Orchestra tribute to Billy Joel are $10 until the day of the show, when the cost will go up to $15. The show benefits Feeding Tampa Bay, with the donation goal being $1,500 (that’s, like 100-150 people, you got this, Tampa Bay). This isn’t the orchestra’s first benefit show, though. In February of this year, the group led by Tampa Bay’s favorite classical musician brought in $1,100 during a Harry Chapin tribute—also at New World.

And at 7:30 p.m., while you wait for the set honoring the Piano Man to begin, check out Zambian-born singer-songwriter Mwiza over at the venue’s Biergarten (you’ll probably hear Mwiza’s newest single, “Life Changes”).
