There are still some places where you can sit outside and have a smoke with your dinner, if thats your bag, but what about reliving the glory days? Food and drink and a pack of Parliaments inside? Im not going to inquire too closely into how they sidestep the anti-smoking laws, but you can, occasionally, still enjoy a plate of papas fritas and grilled calamari while sucking on that cancer stick in Ceviche St. Petes downstairs club. Dont tell anyone.
