Dear Dream Momma, Got an Facebook email from a man I have only been in contact with a few times over the last 20 years. That night I couldn't sleep ( did eat dark chocolate late at night so that was probably most of this) but I woke up every hour or so…and each time I went back to sleep I continued on with the same dream with that person…a continuation from where I left off before waking up We were around family and friends and getting to know each other, with a spark of romance invovled. What does Dream Momma say about continuous dreams in one night and all this? I have to admit that I have always found him attractive and interesting. (sic)
Dream Momma believes that eating dark chocolate at night is an evocative, romantic behavior and she is not surprised to learn it led to sleeplessness and a dream series of romantic longing (based on its persistence). The presence of family and friends in the dream indicates an acceptance of this romance should you actually pursue it. For now however, this is a compensation dream and she suggests you get pro-active and create real romance in your life to meet a very real physical need. A need we all have.
