Celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day at St. Petersburg's 22nd annual Green Thumb Festival. Horticultural vendors offer their pruned-pride-and-joys to be admired and acquired, environmental exhibitors give green advice, and no one leaves without a free butterfly plant or mulch. Locals are encouraged to bring dull garden tools to the sharpening booth and soil and water samples to a diagnostic clinic.
