ABC’s daytime soap One Life to Live, aired the first ever gay sex scene on network daytime television Wednesday. This wasn’t just any raunchy sex scene you’d see through a 5 dollar peep-hole or on a DVD in the bargain bin of your local adult novelty store. ABC pulled out all the stops to make its first time experimenting with gay sex special. The scene features everything daytime soap fans crave: shirts pulled over raised arms, well groomed chest hair over sculpted torsos, longing stares, facial caressing, more longing stares, promises that it will always be like this, a love song to drown out the not so sexy noises of raw man meat slapping together, and Champagne and candlelight in the foreground to soften the dirty details of how awkward sex actually looks.
