Holistic alternatives to conceive in honor of National Infertility Awareness Week

From my holistic vantage I would hope that people begin their journey into conception from a foundation in proper preparation for the pregnancy. This includes adjustments in sleep and exercise, awareness of diet and environmental influences and of course stress. We are so conditioned to stress that after a while we don't even notice it. We are so good at living with stress that when it is responsible for out ills we chase symptoms instead of finding ways to relax. Relaxation becomes more and more difficult as you grow accustomed to stress. It is more difficult to relax because of fear. Fear is the chief component of stress. This sounds simplistic because it is. Stress is accomplished in the "Fight or Flight" segment of the nervous system, this segment is called the Sympathetic Nervous System. It culls your body functions to the bare necessities so that you can be ready to sprint away, or engage something that might want to eat you alive. When your body is living in this state getting pregnant is counter productive. Your body is built on a YOU FIRST survival code and to get pregnant is just not a You First function.

Balance & Bliss Ayurvedic Lifestyle Center in Saint Petersburg Florida has the first program any hopeful family should consider. It is holistic and based on modern philosophies and science, and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. The program is called Balance & Bliss Beginnings and is built around the expertise of Jennifer Oppelt. Mrs Oppelt is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Fertility Specialist having trained in the Nurturing Mother® Program.

This natural program can also be used congruently with more aggressive medically based programs. The pressures of conception become overwhelming for both hopeful parents and this can greatly hinder the success of any program; a companion program of natural holistically centered practice can fortify success.

If you are having challenges in conceiving a child explore the natural option first, you may respond to this proven method quickly and save tens of thousands of dollars.

Live Well

Having a child can gratify the deepest needs of a person, the inability to conceive can crush a person's spirit.

This is National Infertility Week.  Families with fertility challenges are targeted by this week long awareness; success stories of conception and birth abound, proponents of high tech, high science, invasive and medical methods to induce conception are touted by experts and all in all everyone challenges the other guys' methods.

The first stop on the trip to a challenged conception is to adjust one's thinking, the fact that this is called National Infertility Week is tugging at failure. It should be called National Infertility Solutions Week and have that be. National Fertility Week would be good too. Those who are able to conceive wouldn't give it much notice and those who are having issues with conception would still be targets.
