Multiple types of orgasms

The first orgasms I ever had were clitoral orgasms, achieved by humping my pelvis against a pillow. As I grew older and became a more experienced masturbator, I learned how to use my fingers to accomplish the same end. My clitoral orgasms are incredibly strong: an explosive overload of the nervous system accompanied by rhythmic squeezing of the muscles 'down there'. I'm not a squirter but the muscular contractions are so powerful that I'm often amazed to find I didn't shoot some kind of fluid all over the place; it feels just how I imagine ejaculation must feel.

My clitoral orgasms can last an unusually long time: 30 or even 60 seconds, compared to the 'average' orgasm length of 15 seconds. I have to rest between these orgasms, just like a guy does, and I'm only capable of having a few a day. (The most clitoral orgasms I've ever had in one day is five). Also, I must involve my fetish in some way to achieve a clitoral orgasm.

A few years after I started having intercourse I began having another kind of orgasm. This type comes from stimulating a sweet spot inside my pussy. I think of it as a 'g-spot' orgasm. (Evidence is growing that the 'g-spot' is actually the internal roots of the clitoris which lie alongside the vagina.) This one is more of a whole-body affair: like fireworks are going off in all my nerve endings at once. It has some of the muscular squeezing of the clitoral orgasm but to a much lesser degree. If I feel like I'm shooting jizz out of my cunt when I have a clitoral orgasm, I feel more like I'm shooting energy out my fingers and the top of my head with a g-spot orgasm.

This kind of orgasm is less individually satisfying than a clitoral orgasm, but I can have lots and lots of them, one right after another. It takes very little stimulation for me to have them: sometimes only two or three minutes compared to the 5-20 minutes it takes me to reach a clitoral orgasm. I've also noticed that my g-spot orgasms have grown easier to achieve and more powerful as I've gotten older, and especially since I had kids.

My third kind of orgasm is one I'll call the 'combination' orgasm. As you might guess this kind is a combination of the clitoral and g-spot orgasm. To say the least, this kind of orgasm is amazing; the word that comes to mind to describe it is transcendent. This type is also so rare that I've only had a handful of them in my life. I don't know what the special trick is to having them, whether it is precisely the right stimulation, or the amount of time spent building up to it, or maybe just a fortunate planetary alignment that day. I do know that of the two times in my life I have squirted, one of them was during a combination orgasm.

The fourth sort of orgasm I have is an anal orgasm. I didn't start having these until my late 30's, a few years after I'd made buttfucking a regular part of my sex life. My anal orgasms feel very much like my g-spot orgasms, but with a subtly, different focus. There's more of the neural fireworks and less of the pelvic muscle squeezing, and every one of them I have seems to increase the sensitivity and desire to have my ass filled.

I don't know how typical it is for females to have more than one sort of orgasm. I'd guess it's pretty common; certainly I've heard a number of other women describe the different kinds of orgasm they have. I've met a few men who've experienced different sorts of orgasm too, although people with male bodies seem to have had to work at learning to do it in a way that we female-bodied folks don't have to. My theory is that males, having the obvious focus of the penis to concentrate on, don't "naturally" learn to enjoy other erotic pathways. But that's a discussion for another time.
