Democratic Senate candidates Kendrick Meek and Jeff Greene hammered each other for an hour at their debate in St. Petersburg Sunday, but the show itself wasn't aired until last night.  Our analysis can be read here.

Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus comes to St. Petersburg late this afternoon for a town hall meeting with the community on what happens next in terms of cleaning up the Gulf, as the BP oil spill appears for the moment to be halted.

One of Democratic Congresswoman Kathy Castor's possible Republican opponents is taking shots at her for her role on the House ethics committee, all the rage in Washington newspapers these days.
