The much anticipated reopening of Caledon Concepts’ Ceviche has finally arrived.

The restaurant relocated down the street to 332 Beach Dr. NE, and brought with it a newly-remodeled interior and exterior—including an all-new wine tasting room set to focus on Spanish wines with international and domestic options.

While a new menu is set to be released, it looks like guests can still get a taste of the old one with “lots of favorites still available,” according to the restaurant’s Instagram, including pollo al ajillo, several paella options and, of course, ceviche.

You can also expect daily happy hour and Tapas Tuesdays to make their return, along with live music and dancing (though a schedule is still being set).

Reservations are available, but only for parties of six or more. The bar is open daily from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Sunday.

Ceviche is replacing The Moon Under Water, which closed back in February. The British pub is set to reopen at some point, but specific details haven’t been revealed. Caledon owns both bars, along with Rococo Steak, three beloved St. Pete staples.

If you’re craving some of Moon Under Water’s beloved curry, you can take a trip over to the ex-executive chef Michael Crippin’s new concept The Studio Public House, which took over the old Pom Pom’s location on Central back in April.
