Kevin James, the actor behind acclaimed roles like Paul Blart and "Factory Worker" in "50 First Dates," has sold his massive Florida mansion.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, James and his wife, Stephanie Anna, recently parted with their waterfront estate for $12,675,000. Property records show that the "Mall Cop" star purchased the home for $14 million in January 2021.
The home was sold to an LLC managed by private equity investor Kishore Mirchandani, reports the publication.
Located at 344 N Ocean Blvd., in Delray Beach, the 11,502-square-foot oceanfront house comes with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, as well as porcelain and hardwood floors, multiple terraces, a pool, and more.
Pascal Liguori and Antonio Liguori of Premier Estate Properties represented the seller in the deal.
