The best things to do this week in Tampa Bay (Mar. 20-26)

After Tampa Bay Beer Week, St. Pete Grand Prix and St. Patrick's Day, this week is mercifully slow. Take some time to smell the flowers, look at artwork, and have a nice meal. You deserve it.
