A sprawling estate that not too long ago was the home of Tampa Bay Bucs linebacker Lavonte David is still for sale.
Located at 8414 Dunham Station Dr., the home was built in 2016 and purchased by David and his partner, Tondrea Haddly, a year later for $938,400, according to property records.
After earning a Pro Bowl appearance and winning Super Bowl LV in 2021, David then scored another win, selling the house for $1,226,000.
The 5,382-square-foot home comes with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as an entertainment room with a wet bar, a built-in home scenting system and whole-house water filtration system, an outdoor kitchen and saltwater pool, a custom-built movie theater (that still has David’s jersey number “54” embroidered on the chairs), and more.
LVD was drafted by the Bucs in the second round of the 2012 NFL draft, and he has spent the entirety of his career here in Tampa Bay. Last March, he re-signed with the team on a one-year contract worth up to $10 million.
The home was asking $2,249,900 in January, but recently got a price cut to an even $2 million. The listing agent is Leza Sharipoff of Robert Slack LLC.
