Online dating profiles: do's and don'ts

There isn't a perfect method to designing a online dating profile guaranteed to attract the object, or objects, of your desire. But, there are a few things that will improve your chances, and more that will ruin them.

DO start with a catchy phrase.  An opening line that is funny or insightful  is a good way to catch someone's eye.  If you don't have the flair for writing, google it.

DO have a profile picture.  This picture doesn't have to be of your face.  Maybe it's of you walking away into a sunset or just your sexy legs crossed in a pair of platform peep toes.  A profile with a gray shadow of a man or woman is not appealing. Studies and found that a profile featuring an unattractive person still gets more responses than a profile with no picture at all.
