Back in 2017, the Summer Blast Pass would set you back $30. This year, HART has removed the price tag as part of their efforts to attract more young people to use public transport, HART said in the statement. In recent years, HART has also enabled its buses with wifi capabilities and launched their app, OneBusAway Tampa, providing real-time travel information to users so they never miss a bus.
The pass includes access to HART Local, Limited Express, MetroRapid and HARTFlex services. The offer begins on Saturday and extends through August 31. Passes can be picked up from HART at City Hall, Marion Transit Center, University Area Transit Center, or HART Administrative Offices with proof of age, according to a statement from HART.
