Bodegaโ€™s brand-new album Our Brand Could Be Yr Life is a rebirth of sorts.

The 15-tracker is a revamp of The New York City-based punk-rock quintetโ€™s 2015 album of the same name (back when Ben Hozie and friends were still known as Bodega Bay), and includes not only a few new cuts, but tracks from the original album, just re-recorded and treated to far more high quality production.

Bodegaโ€™s guitar tones still have a tinge of Weezer influence (whether thatโ€™s intentional or not), but all in all, the record is more of a โ€œhow it started versus how itโ€™s goingโ€ project, rather than a full circle moment.

Tickets to see Bodega and TV Extra play Hooch and Hive in Tampa on Wednesday, May 1 are still available and start at $15.
