Rush is hands down the most famous Canadian rock-trio, but Triumph can apparently play arenas, too.

The band peaked in the late-’70s and early-’80s thanks to hard-rock tunes like “Lay It on the Line,” “Magic Power,” and “Fight the Good Fight,” and guitarist and vocalist Rik Emmett, drummer and vocalist Gil Moore, and bassist Mike Levine are backed and backed by Phil X, bassist-vocalist Todd Kerns and drummer Brent Fitz for this reunion.

”We’ve always said these songs were meant to bring people together – and that’s exactly why we’re coming back now,” the band said in a statement. “We knew there was still a chapter left to write. This tour is our chance to do it, together with the people who made the Triumph journey possible.”

Tickets to see Triumph play MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa on Sunday, May 24 are still available for $68.20 and up.
