Pop-country fans could head to Busch Gardens’ Food & Wine Festival on Saturday for a set from Chase Bryant (who makes the kind of careless pop you see on “The Bachelor” at the end of a one-on-one date.) They’d be better off waiting until Sunday, however, when 38-year-old songwriter Rachel Platten brings her much more palatable and potent strain of country to the theme park. My wife recently gave birth to our three-month old son, so her video for “You Belong” already made my cry once this week.
