✔️= Critic's Pick

Vince Gill Vince Gill is re-releasing his 1993 Christmas album Let There Be Peace on Earth on green vinyl and 1998’s Breath of Heaven on red vinyl this holiday season, but we’re willing to bet that the Oklahoma guitar-slinger and songwriter will mostly stay away from that material at this Clearwater show. Instead, fans can expect to see and hear the world-renowned guitar chops that’ve earned the 61-year-old country-music legend an invitation to join The Eagles (he’s playing the late Glenn Frey’s parts), close to two dozen Grammys and an inevitable place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. ✔️ Travis Scott w/Trippie Redd/Sheck Wes/Gunna Travis Scott did not have time for August chart position drama from Nicki Minaj whose new LP, Queen, failed to knock his own new album, Astroworld, off of the top of the Billboard charts. While Minaj doled out excuses and general pettiness, Scott rattled off tour dates. Minaj ended up canceling her tour, and on Monday, Scott brings what promises to be one of the best hip-hop concerts of 2018 to Amalie Arena. Canton, Ohio rapper Trippie Redd (“Love Scars”) opens the show along with buzzing Senegalese-American artist Sheck Wes and “Drip Too Hard” rapper Gunna. Scott is also slated to appear at a late-night after-show party happening less than two miles away at The Ritz in Ybor City. (Amalie Arena, Tampa) INFO
