Gone are the days of paying $30 to get into Florida Orchestra’s happy hour concert series. Sure, the free drinks and GA seating at the Straz Center made the pricetag worth it, but in its third season the series totally did a solid for the people of Tampa Bay by making the already casual show completely free to attend.

The final installment of the the series is a one-hour program that finds Stuart Malina conducting the ensemble through works by French composers like Claude Debussy (Clair de Lune) and Camille Saint-Saëns (Danse Bacchanale).

Seating is first come, first served at Tampa Armature Works' Heights Public Market’s open-air courtyard, and early arrival is suggested.

The Florida Orchestra Happy Hour Series: The Romance of France w/Stuart Malina. Wed. March 13. Tampa Armature Works, Tampa. floridaorchestra.org.
