Tampa’s municipal election wraps on March 7, and eight candidates vying to be sworn into city council seats in Districts 4, 5 and 6 will be onstage in front of this nonpartisan politics club with members who’ll grill the candidates for the better part of an hour.

Most interesting will be the exchange between McDonald’s heir Blake Casper, who entered the race in the 11th hour in the hopes of defeating incumbent Bill Carlson (pictured above).

Tickets to the Tampa Tiger Bay forum on Friday, Feb. 17 at noon inside the Cuban Club in Ybor City are $35 for non-members.
