Informative meeting on using naturally occuring microbes to clean up the oil spill, tonight in Clearwater (8/10)

The Renaissance Toastmasters of Clearwater are holding an information session about the use of the technology of bioremediation to help clean up the remaining oil in the Gulf before it gets into the Gulf stream.

Bioremediation uses naturally occurring microbes that eat the oil and neutralize it. This could be used by BP and the EPA to help clean up the oil spill. Watch the videos below for more information on bioremediation and how it works.

The Toastmasters group wants to spread the word about this process to the general public so that they'll demand that the government  use it to aid in Gulf cleanup and restoration efforts.
