Christmas can be a backbreaker for families working to make ends meet, especially in the wake of back-to-back hurricanes, but the 16th annual Joy of Giving pitched in last Saturday.
Thaddeus Bullard—aka WWE superstar Titus O’Neil—was gifted a remote control car by a stranger when he was 12 years old, he told WFLA, and has been trying to pay that forward ever since. At the giveaway made possible in part by his foundation, kids of all ages got to pick their own gift and then celebrate during the parade.
Over 5,000 families registered for the event at Sligh Middle School in Tampa.
