In case you missed it, you’re probably about to be seeing a lot less of Rick Kriseman. The popular St. Petersburg mayor is term-limited, and ‘Burg people are now choosing between Ken Welch (who Kriseman has endorsed) and Robert Blackmon (who Kriseman has, well, you know the headlines).

Kriseman, who’s overseen eight years of growth for the Sunshine City has been making an effort to connect with constituents, the community and even the press on his way out, but this midweek conversation finds the mayor sitting down with a St. Pete sage, playwright, director and actor Bob Devin Jones for a candid chat about service to the community. Admission for the limited-capacity, mask-required, event is free, but registration is required.
