Tampa Bay needs limits on snowbird and tourism volume during peak seasons each year.

I would propose a tourist visa program where visitors who do not own property in the state would be required to register with the state and submit their itinerary details similar to how visitors to other countries must do.

The state could set a cap on the number of visitors allowed for certain busy times of the year (spring break, spring training season, etc.) to limit overwhelming crowds and traffic throughout our area and the entire state.—Bryan Hawkins
