World Cafe discussion on permaculture, Friday (3/12)

[image-1]"As a conversational process, the World Café is an innovative yet simple methodology for hosting conversations about questions that matter. These conversations link and build on each other as people move between groups, cross-pollinate ideas, and discover new insights into the questions or issues that are most important in their life, work, or community. As a process, the World Café can evoke and make visible the collective intelligence of any group, thus increasing people’s capacity for effective action in pursuit of common aims," states the official World Café website.

But why listen to me try to explain it and go see for yourself? The meeting will be held from 7:30 pm until 9:30 pm at the Starbucks cafe on 4th St. N and 89th Ave. N. (just south of Gandy Blvd). (No obligation to purchase.)

This Friday night in St. Petersburg there will be a World Café discussion held on the subject of permaculture and creating a stable and sustainable society.

The World Café group meets weekly to discuss an array of subjects pertaining to global issues. It's a roundtable-style setting, with people gathering into groups to discuss the current topic, explore questions that matter, encourage contributions, connect diverse perspectives, listen together for insights, and share collective discoveries with each other.
