A rare concrete-poured "dome home" is back on the market in St. Petersburg.
Located at 3900 41st St S., the 2,073-square-foot home was a 2019 "Historic Preservation Award-Winner," from Preserve The Burg', and is actually not just one dome, but two dome structures sitting on a half-acre lot.
Built in 1982, the Broadwater neighborhood dwelling comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and features an open floor plan with 25-foot ceilings, gated parking spots for boats and RVs, and a separate mother in law suite with a separate entrance.
The home was initially up for sale in August 2019, but the California-based purchaser walked away from the deal in December due to a family issue, which prevented them from relocating.
The dome home then went back on the market in 2020 for $747,000.
The award winning home is now asking $950,000, and the listing agents are Leisa Mohler-Erickson and Michael Pino of Engel & Voelkers.
