After years of trying to unload his massive Florida estate, "The Piano Man" is becoming more and more motivated to find a buyer.
Located at 1110 S Ocean Blvd., in Manalapan, the home was purchased by Billy Joel in 2015 for $22,109,100, according to property records.
Built in 2010, the Mediterranean-style compound comes with a total of nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well a massive crystal chandelier, a theater, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, an air-conditioned 12-car garage, a guest house, and more.
Joel initially put the 13,349-square-foot estate on the market in 2018 for $31.9 million. After waiting the longest time with no bites, the home's listing was removed, until it resurfaced in 2022 with a whopping $64.9 million price tag.
Then, last February, Joel relisted the home once again, this time with a $54.9 million asking price. However, on March 14, it appears Joel has once again shaved off another $5 million, this time with an asking price of $49.9 million.
So, if you're keeping score, that's $15 million less than its peak asking price in 2022.
