Jason Pierre-Paul, a former Tampa Bay Buccaneer and USF Bulls linebacker, is looking to sell his Palma Ceia crib.
Located in Palma Ceia West, Pierre-Paul purchased the home in 2021 for $1,140,000, about nine months before he was traded to the Baltimore Ravens, according to property records.
The 3,040-square-foot estate comes with a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a pool and spa, Golden Gate quartz edge countertops, plank porcelain tile, a detached guest house, an outdoor fire pit, and more.
After a season at USF in 2009, Pierre-Paul was drafted 15th overall by the New York Giants in the first round in the 2010 NFL Draft.
With the Giants, Pierre-Paul earned two Pro Bowl appearances and helped the Giants beat the Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.
In 2018, he was traded to the the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he played for the next fours season, earning another Pro Bowl appearance and putting another ring on his finger after Super Bowl LIV.
After dealing with a torn rotator cuff, Pierre-Paul was traded to the Ravens in 2021, and then to the Saints in 2022, and finally last December, he was waived by the Miami Dolphins.
The Pierre-Paul home is currently asking $2.3 million, and the listing agent is Angelica Young of Apex International Brokerage.
